Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, before you complete payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status anytime from My Account.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the carrier or local authorities on delivery.

Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions outside our control. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay.
